OPTION 1 – Submit a request using our online request tool.

3.     Complete the required information and click Add Request




OPTION 2 – Contact the SAMC IT Service Desk at 793-8088. Provide your contact information and application you are requesting access to, and a request will be submitted for you.


Remote Access Requests will be processed within 24-48 hours.
